How fit and flexible should I be before I begin training?

If you have any health concerns or problems, please consult your doctor before you begin training.

Beginners are exposed to techniques that will gradually increase their fitness and flexibility.  Generally, a new student will notice an improvement in their overall condition within a month or two

New students will feel a significant improvement in their fitness, strength, flexibility and overall health by the time they grade for their first belt.
