The Annual Australian Hwarangdo Championships - 2009
The Australian Hwa Rang Taekwondo Academy hosted another successful tournament in 2009. Competitors have once again demonstrated a high level of skill in full contact free sparring and all demonstration events.
Master Myung Man Kim would like to thank the Mt. Pritchard Commmunity Club for once again providing use of their facilities to host the tournament. Your support is very much appreciated. Thanks to St. John's for providing first aid assistance during the day. Also, a big thank you to members from our Queensland clubs, lead by Lionel Graham for making the annual trek south for the tournament - it's great to see new faces each year (and old ones too). Finally, thanks to everyone, including instructors, referees and judges, competitors and family and friends who help make this a much anticipated event in the Hwarangdo calendar.
