Blue Mountains Hike - Australia Day 2012

UPDATE: The Australia Day Hike in the Blue Mountains has been cancelled due to bad weather. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Last year, Hwarangdo members, family and friends conquered the Bondi to Coogee Walk!

In 2012, Hwarangdo will be back in the Blue Mountains!

This is the 4th year we have taken the opportunity to celebrate Australia Day 2012 with a big bang! We are off to Wentworth Falls, Blue Mountains once again to tackle the mighty mountains and raging rivers. There are many hiking courses from (30mins to 4hours) to choose from and all different levels. 

You don’t have to be superman or spiderman nor do you have to crawl and get your hands dirty. It’s just a fun time where all of HRD friends and family get together to enjoy the good old Aussie spirit. 

We will be meeting at HRD Blacktown Gym first and leaving the gym at 9.00am SHARP! 

Alternatively for those who will be travelling straight there, we will meet at the 'Notice board - Wentworth Falls' next to the lookout by 10am.

Best way to get there is unto Great Western Highway and turning left unto Falls Road, Wentworth Falls. 

If there are any problems, please see your instructors.  

Make sure you bring the following:
* sunscreen
* hat
* water
* shoes (flip flops will not last the distance)
* light meal or snacks
